What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell your details, and we don't use them to market other businesses' products.

Who else sees it

Your details go to VR Design and Build and LocalWise Media. We also use these services to run the page. They handle data only to provide their service to us:

Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Japan. We choose providers with recognised security practices.

We'll only share your details with anyone else if the law requires it.

Cookies and your browser

If you start the price calculator or the enquiry form, your browser keeps your progress so you don't lose it if you leave. It is cleared once you send. We also keep the ad click reference for your visit so your enquiry can be matched to the ad.

Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies to measure ad results and page use. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to quote, build and support your job, and to meet tax and building record requirements. After that we delete them.

Keeping it safe

Your details travel over an encrypted connection and are only accessible to the people who need them to handle your enquiry.

Seeing, fixing or removing your details

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@localwisemedia.com.au or info@vrdesignandbuild.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, email us first. If we don't sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
